I'm a lawyer turned award-winning international photographer. (Yes, you read that right!)

My journey with photography began while I was in law school, when what started as a creative passion slowly grew into something I couldn't imagine my life without. Even after graduating, passing the bar, and beginning my legal career, I kept finding my way back to my camera.

Eventually, I took a leap of faith and built my business into what it is today. More than 18 years later, I've had the incredible privilege of photographing hundreds of weddings and portraits across the world, and being recognized by BRIDES magazine as one of the best wedding photographers in North America. 

And as a wife and mother of two, that feeling has become even more personal.

My children love climbing into my lap, flipping through our wedding album, pointing out familiar faces, and asking questions about the people and moments that brought our family together. Sometimes I wonder if they realize just how special those little moments are to me.

One day, they'll be older. They'll have their own stories, their own families, and their own memories. And I hope the photographs we create today will help them remember not just what our lives looked like, but how deeply they were loved.

That's why I do what I do.

Because I know that long after the wedding day is over, after the flowers have faded and the music has stopped, the photographs will remain.

They'll become the images your children grow up looking at. The portraits displayed in your home. The albums your grandchildren will someday open. The tangible reminders of the people, relationships, and moments that shaped your life.

Yes, I love creating beautiful, timeless photographs. But what matters most to me is creating something that becomes more meaningful with every passing year.

Something that tells your story long after the moment has passed.

Because your photographs deserve to be more than files in the cloud. They deserve to live in your hands, in your home, and in your heart.

And one day, they just might become someone's most treasured possession.

She lived 97 beautiful years, and in January, we said our final goodbye.

For years, her home was filled with framed photographs that told the story of our family. As she grew older and became less mobile, those photographs, along with the videos and memories we shared, became a beautiful way for her to stay connected to the people and moments she loved.

Now that she's gone, I understand the power of those images in a completely different way.

I look at her photographs and see so much more than a picture. I see her love. I remember her presence. I see pieces of our family's history that I can hold onto and someday share with the generations that come after me.
